JANUARY

This is the month of planting the majority of seeds for harvests coming up throughout

the year, such as: Chickpea, Pepper and more.

Harvest:

Mushroom (Champiñón) and 2nd harvest of olive for pressing extra virgin olive oil.

Lettuce and Broad Bean harvested.
